Duties: Laborer / Truck operator on Asphalt Finish Crew

Operate a 1-Ton Truck with Trailer
- Must have clean drivers license / abstract.
- Must be able to back up truck and trailer proficiently.
- Be aware of surroundings and traffic.
- Communicate well with all team members.

Labourer skills
- Tamping and Shoveling are required.
- Ensure the compaction requirements of asphalt are met.
- Jobsite to be left in meticulous condition

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in the following area, driving a heavy duty truck with trailer, proficient
at backing up
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
- Work in the elements and withstand the heat
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid / clean driver's license is required
