**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Manager of Treatment Plant Maintenance, this role is responsible for providing essential Data Asset Management clerical, administrative, scheduling, and financial support to facilitate the successful execution of Halton's Treatment Plant Maintenance programs, which includes regulatory obligations, related to safety, environment and labour.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile quotes versus work done for goods received in SAP via release and GR creation.
- Process, upload and spot check all internal and external technical service reports for approval by team supervisors into SAP System.
- Support and lead year-end invoice processing to close year financials.
- SAP Work order related transactions to support work planning and control processes.
- Visa spend reconciliation and verification.
- Manage time off requests and coordination.
- Create and update E-BIDS.
- Setup outline agreements in SAP.
- Organize, schedule and monitor staff training activities.
- Organize and schedule Administrative activities.
- Tracks all invoice data for KPI management process.
- Processes expense claims.
- Administrator of the unionized worker standby roster.
- Administrator of COMPASS data entry for section.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- College or University degree in Finance, Business or a related field of study.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a customer service environment as well as general experience in Municipal Water treatment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with financial cross matching document record processes and invoice reconciling.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred**
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management systems such as SAP PM.

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
