Work to be done individually and as a team, under the supervision and guidance of the Project Manager.**_

**Overview**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- _Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings from contractors to provide detailed shop drawings._
- _Review IFC or IFC drawings to establish MMI details of product details, and create layouts_
- _Create RFI for changes or information to client._
- _Submit drawings for review to outside engineers_
- _Organize and submit MMI drawings for approval to client_
- _Site visits to obtain measurements for fabrication_
- _Produce manufacturing drawings, cutting list ,packing, and etc_
- _Maintain and develop work schedule._
- _Attended site meetings when required_
- _Help in stock counts_
- _Work alongside the MMI project mangers, estimator, production manager, and Purchaser_
- _Be able to use there own vehicle to attend sites._
- Software requirements :_
- _Autocade_
- _Excel_
- _Word_
- _QuickBooks_
- Qualifications:_
- _Proficiency using AutoCAD (minimum of 5 years experience)._
- _Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _Capable of handling multiple projects (drawings) at any given time._
- _Deadline driven with an attention to detail._
- _Knowledge and use of both metric and imperial unit systems._
- _Should be able to work in office and shop environment as well as periodic field visits._
- _Should be able to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings supplied by customers and/or project managers._
- _Must be willing to be trained with current safety requires and abided by MMI safety program._
- _Must have a valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract_

**Experience**
- Proficiency in drafting software such as CAD, Revit, SolidWorks, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and,Sketchup.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and architectural design processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a drafting role or related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.
