Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, including tarts, scones, pies, cakes, and other classic British treats.
- Develop new pastry recipes that complement our existing offerings, blending tradition with creativity.
- Ensure all baked goods are produced in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Oversee ingredient sourcing and inventory to maintain the freshness and quality of our products.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to plan seasonal and special event menus.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role in a bakery or restaurant.
- Professional culinary training or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of traditional British pastries and modern dessert techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Creative, with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
