A person with a strong background in SQL data analysis and custom report building. We are building custom reports and dashboards to enable and support number driven decision making for business operations.

We are looking for a **Business Analyst **to join our growing team. You will play a collaborative role in delivering data insights for our business leaders, contributing to the way our data is copied and organized in our data lake. - **Drive successful completion of data insight initiatives.** You will perform advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights to guide strategic decisions and uncover actionable business opportunities. You will anticipate future demands for analytics and insights and design and implement solutions to meet these needs.
- **Create.** You will build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems (and reports), data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics to support key business decisions. You will optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables. You will implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- **Support.** You will coach and guide the work of junior analysts.

**You have**:

- **The technical skills.** You have coding skills and are highly proficient with Qlik, SQL database management, and MS Office Suite. You have excellent research, and analytical skills. You can process and analyze data sets, synthesize information for reports and recommendations, create dashboards, and develop models and charts.
