We are a specialty service, truck carrier located in Coquitlam, B.C. who provides general cargo, refrigerated and bulk commodity transportation throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. We are a busy and growing company and are dedicated to providing excellent service to all of our customers - and our team makes this happen

**Nature of Position**:
Permanent, part time. In office.

Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 8:30pm.

**What You’ll Do**

The Billing Clerk is responsible for collecting driver paperwork, posting backup, receiving manifests, processing invoices, and directly communicating with customers to assure their needs are met. Overall, you will take on the responsibility of accurately completing all billing for OneRoad. This role also includes providing support in a fast-paced office environment and will assist in completing operation and data entry tasks as necessary in a timely and accurate manner.

**You will**:

- Collect driver paperwork and post back up
- Create job/trip rates
- Create and update orders
- Receive manifests and labels and process invoices
- Complete the data entry of BOLs/PODs into the system
- File billing documents and other documents as needed
- Drive any billing issues to a positive resolution
- Adhere to corporate and departmental policies and procedures
- Assist in dispatch data entry
- Directly work with customers to ensure exceptional customer service is met
- Handle sensitive information
- Performs other duties as required

**What You Need to Get the Job Done**
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years experience in billing or accounts receivables
- Transportation industry knowledge and experience an asset (i.e. shipping/receiving, scheduling, freight negotiations, etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with trucking software is considered an asset
- You are a self-starter committed to maintaining a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace

Wage Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, wage is depending on experience.
