One Academy® is actively searching for an experienced and highly motivatedfull-time **Assistant Operations Manager** to become an integral part of the operations team at **One Academy Leslieville**. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Front Desk team and providing valuable support to the Management Team by undertaking a diverse set of essential operations tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Overall Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of One Academy Leslieville.
- Manage Front Desk operations and team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

**Membership and Mindbody Management**:

- Handle membership-related tasks and queries.
- Utilize Mindbody management system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

**Front Desk Associates**:

- Hire, train and support new staff members
- Schedule and manage Front Desk Associates.
- Oversee payroll processes for Front Desk staff.
- Run monthly team meetings.

**Expenses Management**:

- Track and manage expenses related to operations.
- Provide regular reports on budgetary performance.

**Special Projects**:

- Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve project goals.

**Facility Management**:

- Ensure the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address any facility-related issues.
- Inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sport Management preferred, Related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years in similar leadership role.
- Previous experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, via online, over the phone, and in person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in relevant software and systems, including Mindbody and Google Suite.

**Direct Report**:

- In the capacity of an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Salary range $48,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
