**Summary**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Support our Architects in the design and delivery of contact center solutions.
- Participate in functional analysis of IVR and CTI specifications.
- Produces feasibility and effort estimates.
- Produce functional documents. Collaborate closely Project Management.
- Generate quality assurance tests, and log and report the results.
**Critical Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of contact centre solutions and of their integrated functions.
- Strong customer skills and the proven ability to work as a team
- Computer Science or Engineering background
- Software development and/or systems integration
- Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL)
- Bilingualism: You will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
