Job Type**:TRAVEL ADVISOR**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking travel advice and assistance
- Offer personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel arrangements
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
- Strong knowledge of hotels, destinations, and travel products
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems and online booking platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
