Workingin a collaborative environment, you will deal with different machinery andtools to manufacture energy transmission equipment.

**HowYou’ll Make an Impact**
- Set up and run production machinery and ensure availability of all needed production materials.
- Operate and monitor hand tools and machines and replenish materials as needed.
- Visually inspect production run and document all the results.
- Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.
- Ensure product compliance with company policies and procedures

**What You Bring***
- High School Diploma.
- Standing for extended periods, walking, lifting(40lbs), climbing, bending, reaching, and working at height and complete repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work with computers.
- Take a safety and quality-conscious approach while performing work duties.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in teams.
- Ready to work on a 3-shift rotation and cover the shifts as required.
