Centurion Financial Trust (“CFiT”) is an income and growth-oriented trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of debt investments that include but are not limited to mortgages, opportunistic real estate developments, and corporate debt. Investors pool their funds to invest in mortgage and growth-oriented credit opportunities and participate in the yields from interest income and net profit from equity.

Overview

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Investment Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with the professional development and implementation of all marketing activities for Centurion Apartment REIT | Centurion Financial Trust and any other future investment vehicles.

The Investment Marketing Specialist is accountable for assisting in the successful management of all marketing resources, contracts, tools and supplies for Centurion entities according to established standards and within established budgets.

**Responsibilities**:
Relationship Development

Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between Centurion and its partners and suppliers. Ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is achieved through consistent attention to Centurion's Vision, Mission and Values.

Ongoing Operations

Assist with the day-to-day marketing needs for all Centurion investment vehicles. Act as the main point of contact for all investment marketing needs, acting as a liaison between Finance, Compliance, the Sales team and Marketing. Assist with the preparation of fund fact sheets as well as quarterly and annual reports. Produce clear and concise investment marketing collateral including podcasts, eblasts, presentation slides, fact sheets, industry thought pieces and white papers, newsletters and one-pagers. Constantly monitor the results and effectiveness of investment marketing campaigns and media in driving sales and adapt programming to improve performance where required.

Industry and Product Knowledge

Maintain a constant in-depth knowledge of the competitive environment for similar products, conducting extensive research when required to obtain a full understanding of competitive market positioning.
