- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to consistently deliver delicious and consistent dishes.
- Handle and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper usage, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Manage food preparation timelines to ensure efficient service during peak hours while maintaining quality.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role or culinary training is required.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques, including knife skills and ingredient handling.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule

**Salary**: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
