**What's the job?**

In two lines, the position consists of filling and labelling boxes, planning shipments and following up with customers and the sales team.

For more details, you have the list below:

- Ensure posting of outbound deliveries using pre-designated software
- Handle packaging procedures to ensure safety of shipment
- Assist with the pulling, packing, and shipping activities when required
- Process customers’ orders by ensuring that the right shipment is on its way
- Handle shipment receiving duties by ensuring the right item has been delivered
- Prepare documents such as bill of ladings, shipping/delivery orders and invoices
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded in company database
- Make sure that items are loaded onto shipment vehicle in a safe and timely manner
- Handle space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage area
- Handle customer inquiries and dispatch to the appropriate representative.
- Book appointments and schedule for outbound carriers.
- Work closely with the sales teams when a discrepancy occurs on a ship bill, and coordinate with Invoicing department and provide information with paperwork issues.
- TDG regulations when discrepancies occur on dangerous goods, work with Logistics team.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience:_
- Min. a year in a shipping position (preparation of shipment or coordination)
- Experience in administration, coordination or customer services
- Experience in a warehouse environment or a production facility
- Experience with MRP software and RF scanning system
- Soft skills_
- Excellent English communication skills : you will speak a lot with carriers and customers
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills and customer focused
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts
- Be able to work independently with mínimal guidance
- Strong computer skills

**Terms**:
Permanent, Full time

Shift**:Day shift** Monday - Friday, **8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m**.
