Allied Universal is seeking a** Professional Security Account Supervisor in Delta, British Columbia**

**JOB DETAILS**:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 0615 to 1415 hours
- Hourly wage: $23
- Must possess valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to commute to the site.
- Must have atleast 1 or more year (s) of Security Supervisory experience.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Strategically lead and manage a large-scale guard force service and Operations ensuring that it is customer focused, reliable, experiences mínimal turnover, and achieves or surpasses agreed upon service level performance and process improvements.
- Strategize and partner directly with Senior Leadership, Operations, and Loss Prevention to assist and support them in meeting compliance requirements related to IT and/or Physical Security.
- Accomplish department objectives by establishing action plans, timetables, and outcome measurements, obtaining and allocating resource, reviewing progress and making mid-course corrections.
- Ensure comprehension of current Emergency Response Plan at all facilities.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be at least 19 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Possess **effective written and oral communication** and **interpersonal skills** with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check
- Display e**xceptional customer service** and communication skills
- Have** intermediate computer skills** to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Able to:

- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 20 kilograms
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
