**Le poste d'animateur ou d'animatrice à la vie étudiante comporte notamment la responsabilité de réaliser des activités d'organisation et d'animation et d'encadrement des étudiants dans l'élaboration, la prestation et l'évaluation de programmes d'activités liés au projet éducatif et au plan de réussite d'un établissement visant le développement intégral de l'étudiant ou de l'étudiante et la création d'un milieu de vie accueillant et dynamique.**

**L'animateur à la vie étudiante évalue les besoins du milieu en matière d'activités en consultant les étudiants, les ressources scolaires et les partenaires concernés et identifie les ressources disponibles dans le réseau ; il détermine les besoins en ressources humaines et matérielles ; il planifie, organise et dispense ou coordonne diverses activités socioculturelles, sportives et éducatives.**
**Il facilite la tenue d'événements en grand groupe et contribue à l'organisation d'activités thématiques, et encourage les étudiants non seulement à s'impliquer dans l'organisation des activités, mais aussi à y participer.**
**Il participe au recrutement du personnel et des bénévoles associés à la réalisation et au bon déroulement des activités, coordonne et supervise leur travail, participe à la planification et au suivi budgétaire des activités qu'il organise, évalue les activités et prépare un rapport.**
**Il veille à ce que le matériel soit disponible et en bon état et tient un inventaire à jour. Il participe à la négociation d'ententes avec des partenaires pour l'utilisation d'espaces et de services.**
**Il collabore avec les ressources de l'école et participe avec les enseignants à l'organisation et à la réalisation des activités liées aux cours offerts aux élèves : compétitions sportives, voyages d'échanges, théâtre et autres activités.**
**Il peut être appelé à développer et à entretenir des relations avec des groupes ou des organismes partenaires afin d'assurer la complémentarité des activités pédagogiques et parascolaires et, à l'occasion, à représenter l'institution lors de certaines activités.**

**Qualifications requises**

Un baccalauréat dans une spécialité appropriée comprenant principalement des cours dans les domaines suivants:

- éducation physique ;
- récréologie ;
- andragogie ;
- génagogie ;
- animation de groupe.

**Conditions de travail**

Le poste est régi par la convention collective entre le CPNCA et la FPPE (Fédération des professionnels de l'éducation du Québec) ;
Salaire : 26,22 $ à 45,34 $ de l'heure (selon les qualifications et l'expérience).

The position of student life animator encompasses, in particular, responsibility for carrying out organization and facilitation activities and for providing guidance to students in the development, delivery and evaluation of programs of activities related to an institution’s educational project and success plan focusing on the integral development of the student and the creation of a welcoming and dynamic environment.
