**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Should have the ability and motivation to work independently handle files and clients.**:
- Assist and support with Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), Small Claims, Provincial Offences, and basic real estate matters from start to finish.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling clients, and corresponding with clients.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, assist with submitting executed documents.
- Assist lawyer in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
**Qualifications**:
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in the legal field.
- Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and meet deadlines.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multitask and take detailed notes.
- High level of detail orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organization and document management skills.
- Customer-service attitude, courtesy, and respect for others.
**Salary**:
**$35,000.00 - $45,000.00**
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to contribute to a dynamic legal team.
