The IC, Sensing & Safety Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Provide customer service and technical support to the client base for the Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley Industrial Controls, Sensing and Safety product lines.
- Prepare and follow-up on technical quotations.
- Prepare and execute regional operating and business plans.
- Promotion of Rockwell Automation solutions by preparing technical seminars for customers and staff.
- Work closely with the industrial outside sales personnel and supplier representatives, as well as direct on-site customer assistance as required. Also responsible for exploring new customer opportunities.
- Promote Westburne as an automation solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and presence within our customer base.

Applicants for this position should have the following qualifications:

- Community College Electrical/Electronic (or Automation) Technician or Technologist diploma.
- Product knowledge of industrial automation products, preferably Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley.
- Some previous sales/technical support experience preferred.
