We are looking for a detail-oriented shipping and receiving professional responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments. In this position, you will ensure that all shipments are correctly labelled, loaded, and unloaded. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

**Shipping And Receiving duties and responsibilities**:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
- Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against shipping and receiving documentation.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of incoming and outgoing products.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Process returned merchandise according to company policies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
- Adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with team members.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Assist in training new employees on shipping and receiving procedures.

**Shipping And Receiving requirements and qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including customs regulations for international shipping.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods and walk long distances in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and basic math proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory organizing and counting.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to safety in the workplace.

**Schedule**:

- **Full-Time**:Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend availability as needed.
