- physically capable of handling repetitive, manual, lifting tasks
- dependable, quick-learner, flexible, and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- ability to understand and follow-through with directions;
- capacity to accurately measure and read measurements;
- good written and oral communication skills;
- prior manufacturing or packing experience is an asset
