**Working for the Department/Faculty**

**Position summary**

**Duties**
- Supervision of game day scorer’s table and student staff
- Have a knowledge of all game day student roles (Score Clock, Statistics, Announcing, Music, etc.)
- Support game day staff with ACACTV Livestream and Front of House operations
- Assist with the setup and takedown of gymnasiuM/Field on game day
- Assist coaches with the receiving and recording of game sheets/rosters
- Develop the game day fan experience including half time activities, fan interaction, and giveaways
- Be a visible presence at Game Day activities providing support and troubleshooting.
- Support coaches and/or designate to train the student game day staff for the sport specific operations of the event. (officials, clock, statisticians, ACACTV, 3-ball, etc.)

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Communication skills, particularly communication skills within a varsity athletics environment
- Facilitation skills, especially in a training environment
- Program planning, implementation and evaluation skills
- Ability to work in a team both collaboratively and in leadership roles
- English language fluency required

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Training in EDI/anti-racism (may be provided upon hiring)
- Experience working with university athletics is preferred
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR (may be provided upon hiring)
- Experience working with culturally diverse communities and youth is preferred
