**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Leading a team of experienced retail professionals to support our clients and partners through a **5-month **renovation in** Laval, QC. **MCA offers unique work while allowing you to gain valuable leadership experience within a retail environment.

**WAGE**: $25/hr

**HOURS**: Full-Time (40 Hours per week)

**SHIFTS**: 9:00PM to 7:00AM, Monday through Thursday

**DATES**: August 21st to January 19th

**TRAINING**: Starting ASAP in Montreal North, QC

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Operating as a cohesive unit, you will lead and manage our Fixture Installation team while working closely together with our merchandising team throughout the project.
- Managing a team of up to 12 fixture builders
- Following retail fixture blueprint and floor plans
- Safely receive and unload retail store fixture shipments
- Deconstruct, move and build/place retail store fixtures
- Utilization of hand and construction tools on a regular basis

You are reliable, turning up each night and working safely alongside the team to deliver quality work. You are fun to be around, self-motivated and take pride in your work. You have strong communication and leadership skills. A successful team lead is always organized and maintains a professional and calm demeanor. You are a natural leader and set a positive tone for your team members.
- At least one year experience building fixtures in a big box retailer is essential
- 3+ years experience with a variety of hand and construction tools is essential
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs, as well as capable of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting continuously for long periods of time
- Previous team lead or management experience is necessary
