The Position:

- Engage in customer consultations on all products and procedures
- Assist physician with injections, including PRP, filler and neurotoxin
- Perform laser treatments, micro-needling, aesthetic chemical peels and facials
- Intermittently handle bookings, phone calls, inventory control, imputing appointments and client details into EMR program
- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems to ensure client satisfaction
- Have a strong desire to build upon one’s knowledge and work to improve the landscape of aesthetics in the Canadian market
- Assist with marketing and promotions with content creation and social media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- laser technician: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Medical Aesthetics Certification (required)
