Permanent full-time maintenance worker position available in Cobourg ON - to start immediately.
- All aspects of property maintenance & light construction for hotel & restaurant
- Mon - Fri 8 am - 4 pm.
- Maintenance experience and relevant skills a benefit.
- Wage depends on relevant skills
- Excellent position for mature person or retiree not yet ready to stop working
- Position requires walking, lifting, climbing, bending, use of all extremities, etc.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
- No smoking
- Must have clear police check (no criminal record) Check will be paid by employer
