Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a **Body Shop Advisor **to join the team at our **Triple Seven Chrysler Collision Centre** in Regina**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain excellent relationships between dealerships, insurance companies and Collision Centre customers and staff
- Greet customers as they enter our facility and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
- Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls, as well as making outbound phone calls, in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure coverage of Collision Centre desk at all times
- Responsible for creating and closing workorders
- Ensure all pickups and payments are handled in professional manner
- A/R duties and clerical duties as assigned by management
- Communicating with SGI
- Communicating with and updating the Body Shop technicians Scheduling appointments

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an Automotive Autobody shop and/or Automotive dealership
- Experience with Mitchell Connect and CDK software considered an asset
- Proficient with MS Office (MS Word/Excel, MS Outlook)
- Highly motivated
- Exceptional customer relationship builder
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills in order to meet deadlines
- Meticulous focus and attention to detail to complete and close documentation
- Ability to take ownership
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment to achieve collision center goals
- Have the drive and desire to establish a career with a first-class organization
- All required training for the position will be provided
