Pride Group Logistics is a dynamic and rapidly growing transportation and logistics company. We are an asset-based company with a growing 3PL/Brokerage division.

This is a full-time position. **The location is to be set in Cornwall Ontario.**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop a program for understanding and tracking driver satisfaction and needs, and ensuring those needs are being met through our product and operations.
- Build out reporting dashboards where you can track progress and share your findings with key stakeholders.
- Attend job fairs to meet talent in person
- Responsible for posting ads on various advertising platforms such as Facebook, Kijiji, Indeed, Radio, etc.
- Communicate different initiatives and ideas with management that will continuously help increase our pool of AZ drivers
- Filter and respond to all AZ driver leads that come in, move qualified applicants through PGL’s strict hiring process
- Utilize all company resources to complete the Recruiting process (Phone, computer, Internet, etc.)
- Pre-screen potential applicants
- Assist with the onboarding process and Administer onboarding and retention policies
- Act as a liaison for any drivers hired and proactively manage any issues that arise to improve retention
- Schedule driver orientations and road tests
- Ride along with drivers as needed
- Have a complete understanding of the company’s various pay packages for drivers and owner-operators
- Review weekly reports on Driver performance.
- Promote driver safety and helps motivate all drivers to adhere to preventative measures.
- Understand and track driver satisfaction and needs, and ensure those needs are being met through our product and operations.
- Update and maintain all driver files and records, both hard copy and electronic, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Min. 5 years in the Transportation industry.
- Exceedingly knowledgeable of North American geography.
- Experience with CVOR, NSC, and Fitness scores.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Ideal computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Word).
- Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple scenarios simultaneously
- Proven analytical, and problem-solving skills.
