Position Description

The Eastern Ontario Training Board, in partnership with Junior Achievement Northern and Eastern Ontario (JA) and the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF), delivers Financial Literacy, Workplace Preparedness, and Entrepreneurship workshops to school students in the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry (SDG) and Prescott and Russell United Counties (PR).

The Bilingual School Program Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and delivering various programs to schools across the region. Additionally, the role may from time to time require program promotion, partnership, and funding development, administrative work and reporting, as well as program development.

**Principle duties of the Incumbent**

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

- Liaising with school boards and teachers servicing Eastern Ontario
- Delivery of fully-developed and tested JA workshops
- Administering pre and post-training evaluation tools
- Organizing and maintaining student records, ensuring the confidentiality of participants
- Recruiting student participants community partners, volunteer mentors, class-based educators
- Coordinating all aspects of program delivery (asynchronous and synchronous elements and fully virtual events).
- Virtual training, registration, onboarding and offboarding of all stakeholders
- Working with local businesses and school communities in your area to encourage educators, businesses, and individuals to get involved with EOTB and JA programming
- Reporting program activities and results / maintaining adequate records of volunteers, teachers, and programs delivered

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Fully bilingual (verbally and in writing) with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-player but self-directed and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- A high degree of professionalism and diplomacy
- Marketing, sales, customer service, or entrepreneurial experience an asset
- Results oriented; delivers on time, on spec, and on budget
- Ability to motivate self and others to succeed, models desired behaviors
- Volunteer recruitment and management experience an asset
- Training or teaching experience/qualifications an asset
- Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Possession of a valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle Desired
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector and/or education sector an asset
