**Sales Representative**

Enter The Bunker in Debert, Nova Scotia, is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our unique and exciting offerings to a diverse clientele.

Located in the heart of Debert, Nova Scotia, our facility offers visitors a chance to explore a decommissioned Cold War bunker, experience immersive simulations, and engage in team-building exercises. We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences and creating memories that last a lifetime.

**Responsibilities**

Sales and Customer Engagement

Utilize your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with potential customers, both in person and over the phone. Understand their needs, educate them about our offerings, and effectively communicate the value of our experiences.

Relationship Building

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, tour operators, and corporate partners to generate leads, referrals, and repeat business. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their needs.

Sales Strategy and Execution

Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and implement effective tactics to drive revenue growth. Leverage your creativity and market knowledge to identify new opportunities, such as corporate partnerships, group bookings, and special events.

Product Knowledge

Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and their unique selling points. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide accurate and compelling information to potential customers.

Sales Reporting and Analysis

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including prospecting activities, sales pipelines, and customer interactions. Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers from diverse backgrounds. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- A genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people, coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Confidence in networking and building relationships with customers, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive sales success. Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as per business requirements. Availability to travel occasionally for sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for occasional local travel.

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$39,000.00 per year
