**Summary**:
As Night Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the cook oven staff, RTE Staff, contractors that are on site, working with shipping Manager, the security of the facility, and preparing for the morning production start-up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as contact for all plant activities during the hours of 8:00pm to 6:00am.
- Supervisor Freshouse staff that are on site, tracking attendance, breaks, productivity, and performance issues.
- Ensure doors are secured, access control is functioning, and monitor the surveillance system.
- Check the next morning daily production requirements and prepare dry goods for set-up teams.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by training and directing employees on the use of all equipment and processes.
- Ensure and enforce compliance with food safety, product quality, environmental and employee’s health and safety regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and review contract employee’s performance.
- Ensure staff and contractors that are on site are adhering to Food Safety, Company Policies and Procedures, and Health & Safety Regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Experience**
- 3 years’ experience in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Proven communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and high-pressure situations.
- You thrive in an environment of change.

**Working Conditions**
- Plant environment cold/hot.
- PPE required when on plant floor.
- Ability to conduct line training.
- Able to lift 15kg.
- Fast paced, challenging, and continually changing.
