**About the Role**:
**QA Technician is critical role for ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards, thereby safeguarding consumer health and satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance and protecting the reputation of the company.**:

- **Quality Control Checks**: Conducting routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.**:

- **Sampling and Testing**: Collecting samples of products at various stages of production and performing tests such as pH testing, moisture analysis, microbiological testing, and sensory evaluation to assess product quality and safety.**:

- **Documenting and Reporting**: Recording test results accurately and maintaining detailed documentation of quality control procedures, test findings, and corrective actions taken. Generating reports to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.**:

- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards (such as ISO, HACCP, GMP), and company policies and procedures.**:

- **Investigating Non-Conformities**: Investigating and documenting instances of non-conforming products, processes, or procedures. Identifying root causes of quality issues and recommending corrective and preventive actions.**:

- **Training and Education**: Providing training to production staff on quality standards, food safety practices, and proper use of equipment. Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continuous education and training.**:

- **Continuous Improvement**: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce waste.**:

- **Supporting Quality Management System (QMS)**: Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS, including documentation control, internal audits, and management reviews.**:

- **Communication and Collaboration**: Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, procurement, and management, to address quality-related issues and drive quality improvement efforts.**:
**Important Details**:This is a full-time permanent role on night shift.**:
**About You**:

- **Have Diploma/bachelor’s in food science, Microbiology, Food Chemistry, or relevant field.**:

- **Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Standards and Regulatory Compliance Knowledge**:

- **Communication skills and command over English.**:

- **Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.**:

- **Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.**:
