**Accounts Manager**
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

**Sales Representative**
- Generating leads
- Negotiating contracts and prices with prospective clients
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs and products
- Obtaining deposits and balance payment from clients
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs to promote our products and services
- Maintaining a positive rapport with all potential clients and established clients
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability

**Qualifications**
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer literate with familiarity using Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
