**Description**:
WHO YOU ARE:
Reporting to the E-Commerce manager, the E-Commerce coordinator will be responsible for web merchandising, as well as ecommerce related tasks.

Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for all content updates on website and APP, creating tasks for the designers and copy team and tracking every step of the process (From content creation to content integration)
- Responsible for creating briefs, entering all info needed such as copy direction, prices, links, selecting images for all web assets and newsletters.
- Making sure e-com calendar/marketing calendar is always up to date with relevant newsletter and homepage, promotion launches.
- Responsible for web assets integration (homepage, category banners, category flyouts, App)
- Updating weekly homepage update report + competition analysis
- Creating online promotions and promotion codes and be the gate keeper of all online promotion requests from all departments.
- Maximize the performance of the E-Commerce channel by identifying product opportunities and ensuring that products are on the website as soon as they are available, enabling new styles daily, making sure all styles are categorized properly.
- Ensuring all categories are merchandised and sequence appropriately with most relevant products at the top and based on Newsletter launches and Web updates.
- Create shop/product pages (landing pages), update navigation according to sales, seasons and launches.
- Validate all promotional changes, and coordinating with pricing team for any price updates
- Analyze results weekly & produce weekly reports on business performance (best sellers, categories, etc.)
- React to selling trends based on analysis
- Other tasks and projects as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a merchandising role or e-commerce
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, detail oriented, and thorough
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy and a positive attitude
- Must be able to manage high volume of requests and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner
