**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- The successful person must have a proven self-start record, be able to work independently and from own initiative.
- Good communication skills.
- Collaborate closely with the PMS Training and Implementation team Managers.
- This role requires working hours outside of a normal working schedule when required.
- Manage the quality of content output ensuring the highest standards and experience are attained.
- Shape the training teams’ vision for digital learning, introducing, and evaluating innovations including tools, platform, and style.
- Test and quality assure digital assets.

**Competencies**:

- Instructional design/learning design
- Content design and development
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- A stand-alone digital learning expert able to hit the ground running.
- Some HR digital development experience would be advantageous.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and facilitation skills
- A high level of organization and time management
- Confidence in training and presentation delivery - experience of online delivery would be preferable.
- Innovative and be dynamic in your approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant design/development qualifications are advantageous.
- Education requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience requirements
- Utilise your systems focused eLearning experience to help form the company’s digital strategy.
- Previous experience with authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline
- Demonstrable experience working with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience working with intranet sites such as SharePoint.
- Proven ability to deal with technical or compliance focused content.
- Demonstrable experience of authoring packages such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate to build high-quality online learning courses.
- Knowledgeable in Learning Management System capabilities, options, and program creation
- Subject Matter Expert when it comes to Project Management and the ability to work in collaboration within a team.
