Store Guide

**The Role**
- Provide exceptional customer service through problem solving and helpful suggestions. Engaging with customers as individuals with the idea of not just selling but helping.
- Regularly educate yourself on products so that you can help our customers feel confident with their purchase.
- Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock levels.
- Perform all required cash register transactions (e.g., sales, returns, exchanges, connecting consumer to loyalty program) **efficiently and accurately.**
- Must have some Saturday availability
- Some office duties may be assigned to you so we ask that you have some computer skills and attention to detail

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma is preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule which will include some evenings and Saturdays.
- Ability to clearly communicate with other staff and management

Compensation will be discussed with manager based on experience.
