POSITION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to help educate our business unit leaders on business strategies to identify the unique opportunities and challenges presented by AI in the software industry.
- Produce and distribute research on the various aspects of creating and competing against AI-enabled transformation and product offerings.
- Track and analyze how competitors in our core verticals are implementing AI into their solutions and operations.
- Contribute your unique perspectives and ideas to the development of Jonas’ organization-wide AI strategy.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have a good and up-to-date understanding of the business implication of AI technologies and their emerging use cases (software industry experience preferred).
- Has the aptitude to thrive in the ambiguous environment inherent to emerging technologies.
- The ability to critically assess and synthesize complex information into insights and real business implications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- A passion for exercising your creativity in developing new ways of thinking and challenging traditional conventions when appropriate.
- A growth mindset in your approach to your work and career.
- Endless curiosity and personal commitment to learning and development.
- Strong organizational skills - you do not let the details slip.
- A self-starter who loves taking initiative and seeing things through to completion.
- Must have 2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, and/or business transformation roles - preferably in the domain of AI, machine learning, and data science
