The Buyer or Procurement Manager will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive purchasing strategies across all categories to support our retail outlets and franchisees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the execution of purchasing programs to meet the needs of retail and franchise operations.
- Manage the entire procurement process, including the coordination with local and international vendors for seamless communication and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best selection, pricing, and overall value.
- Collaborate with internal departments and store locations to coordinate promotional campaigns, marketing materials, project timelines, and product launches.
- Generate timely and accurate reports on store sales, inventory levels, category performance, and special events.
- Quickly address and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and customer inquiries.
- Perform additional tasks as required to ensure the success of the procurement department.

**Qualifications**:

- A university degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of procurement experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge of meat categories is highly desirable.
- Experience in handling North American suppliers is a must.
- Strong knowledge, passion, and awareness of Asian food products preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Basic conversational skills in Mandarin are required.
