Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills for a successful career in management. As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to various aspects of our business operations and will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for future leadership roles.

**Duties**:

- Learn and understand all aspects of our company's operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and administration
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Participate in recruiting and training new employees
- Develop leadership skills by overseeing small projects or teams
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the potential to motivate and inspire others
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
