**Job Title**

Associate Manager, Retail Technology Automotive Finance

**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Responsible for maintaining incident logs and processing incident reports for review with upper management.
- Develop and maintain procedural manuals for various Production issues.
- Provide after-hours on-call support during the weekends and holidays.
- Oversees and is accountable for all Automotive Technology Infrastructure, ensuring optimal usage, performance, functionality, reporting/monitoring and resiliency for the end user and managing and updating Business Continuity Plans.
- Responsible for technology consultation with product managers for business strategy with overall technology solution for the Automotive Finance business.
- Vendor relationship liaison for all 3rd party providers (including Inovatec, DealerTrack, RouteOne, SCI, OpenText, etc.).
- Assisting with Production Support for all system outages, ODM releases, product/ pricing exceptions, Dealer/Sales escalations and any inquiries from National Office.
- Providing assistance in the development and review of SLAs, contracts, agreements or any other documents for third-party suppliers

**Must-have**:

- Be effective and equally conversant in business and technical environments.
- Digital transformation skills such as Agile program management, emerging technology, Process automation and Cyber resilience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting thoughts and ideas effectively across all levels of the organization
- Prioritizes IT operational and system changes that directly impact the Retail portfolio
- Strong problem solver with the ability to lead the team to push the solution and quickly structure and break down problems
- Strategic mindset, vision of the future of the Automotive Finance business and ability to execute on ideas

**Nice to have**:

- Experience within the automotive industry and comprehensive understanding of retail automotive products and Automotive Finance operations policy
