**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- **General Accounting**: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and coordinate external audits.
- **Job Costing**: Budget, analyze, track and report on job/project direct and indirect costs.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- **Departmental Oversight**: Supervise accounting staff and ensure compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
