**Key Responsibilities and Job Duties**:

- Collaborate with Management to develop budgets, schedules, and financial tracking methods and procedures
- Coordinate all internal resources and third-party vendors for financial planning
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget based on monthly targets
- Assemble and coordinate project team members and assign individual responsibilities for project budget controls
- Oversee projects relating to cashflow, financial reporting, and expenses
- Assist departments in managing forecasts and budgets for various projects
- Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time
- Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate the selection of project services and products
- Provide detailed and summary updates to team and executives on a timely basis for financial tracking
- Ensure that invoices are tracked and submitted on time by collaborating with third-party vendors
- Report and action and exceptions/problems

**Key Competencies and Experience**:

- Must have 7+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator with financial tracking experience
- Extensive experience with financial planning and budgeting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and experience providing guidance in these areas for others
- Experience using tools such as Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
- Experience working in a high-level fast paced IT environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Bell Canada or other telecom experience is considered a strong asset

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
