Main duties include (but not limited to):

- all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- account reconciliation
- generating and reviewing weekly and monthly reports
- ensuring the accounts department
- occasional general office duties (phones, mail, courier, etc.)
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries and disputes

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically excel and word) related software
- Some experience in other accounting software programs including QuickBooks preferred
- Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
