**Sales Assistant (Part-time)**

**About the Role**:
This role reports to the Area Developer. Come join our first ever location in Ontario The Sales Assistant plays an important role in accelerating growth for a territory of KidStrong Centers. This position is ultimately responsible for meeting and exceeding goals and targets related to member growth. This role allows flexibility in scheduling and is not a 9-5 job. To be successful, making calls and interacting with parents when they are available (mornings, evenings, and weekends) is required. This sales role is remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads
- The Sales Assistant must execute sound communication with the centers they support in order to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience when starting their KidStrong journey.
- Work closely with Area Developer and Center Director on seamless process in scheduling observations, trials, and enrollments by managing and following up on inbound leads, and complying with KidStrong Sales recommended processes
- Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong owner requests and client/ lead requests
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity

**Qualifications**:

- Availability to work a few hours per day including weekends
- Experience with the following systems is preferred but not required; ZenPlanner, Sales Messenger, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and auto dialer systems.
- Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred
- Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound/inbound sales efforts
- Demonstrated urgency during promotional cycles to maximize return on ad spend
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
- Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products

**Compensation**:$17/hour
