* Analyze data from multiple databases to support sales efforts
* Maintain accurate records and files, including project files and client records
* Prepare reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

* College education in a related field (Business, Administration) or equivalent experience
* 0-1 year of office administrative experience and 0-1 year of sales/service sector experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to adapt to new and changing processes
