Position Highlights

Our Customer Experience team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager, Customer Analytics to join the

leadership and technical guidance to a team of analysts responsible for providing statistical, sampling, analytical, advisory, and

reporting services specific to ICBC’s customer insights to support informed, data-driven decision-making and strategy

development.

Position Highlights
- Collaborate with Information Management to identify the customer and operational data needs to support sampling for adhocs

and tracking studies, leading customer insight, and measurement programs.
- Leverage different databases, repositories, and analytical tools to conduct advanced analyses to support the successful

ongoing operation of the CX insights
- Oversee the development of reporting dashboards, exit surveys, user management, and auditing process results to support

different lines of business across the organization.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the team, including the recruitment, development, coaching, and performance

management of reporting staff

Position Requirements
- Experience building data models and transforming large datasets into meaningful insights
- A solid understanding of CX metrics and customer research methodologies
- Intermediate applied knowledge of SQL and database architecture
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques
- Proficient with dashboarding and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Qualtrics).
- Ability to develop, lead and coach a team of experienced analytic professionals to create an engaging and supportive work

environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with experience in analytics or data science
