Bar Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Develop and implement bar policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock.
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a variety of options to meet customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, including new beverages, techniques, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings for special events, catering, or banquets.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food service or food industry is required.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beer styles is preferred.
- Strong math skills, including basic math calculations and retail math for inventory management.
- Familiarity with food handling safety regulations and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
