**Job Summary**

Sweetgrass Spa is a women's only spa located in the heart of downtown Toronto. It is conceptualized as the most inviting women’s only luxury spa in Toronto. Sweetgrass Spa is part of the Verity Group of Companies which includes GEORGE Restaurant, the Verity Club, and the Ivy Boutique Hotel.
- Ability to multitask
- Calm demeanor
- Spa /Salon or Hotel reception experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
- Administration experience
- Food & Beverage experience is an asset
- Smart Serve certified
- Social Media and Communications experience is an asset
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Strong communication skills
- Hunger to learn and grow
- Interest in wellness and skincare is a must
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English

Responsibilities include:

- Booking appointments
- Answering phones
- Food & Beverage orders and service
- Opening\closing spa
- Daily management of the retail area and selling retail
- Book and correspond with all corporate\bridal events
- Optimizing schedule
- Educating clients on packages, services, and effectiveness of products
- Order and maintain Spa Concierge tidiness and ordering of office supplies
- Assist Spa Manager with day to day task
- Assist clients with complaints\feedback and concerns in a professional manner

Compensation:

- $18-$19 per hour + commission + gratuities
- Product & service discounts
- Room for growth and development

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
