**What We're Looking For**:

- Have two or more years of recent experience in a clinical, aesthetic, surgical, or medical spa environment (required).
- Bring customer service and retail experience to the table (required).
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Possess problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Excel in phone etiquette.
- Love to engage with clients and potential clients online, especially on Instagram.

**Your Responsibilities**:
As a Medical Clinic Administrator/Spa Concierge at New You, you'll play a crucial role in creating a remarkable experience for our clients. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing clinical team schedules.
- Ensuring daily communication of essential information to the team and management.
- Providing a professional and friendly experience for clients over the phone, online, and on Instagram.
- Managing client check-ins and check-outs, including billing.
- Becoming knowledgeable about all our spa services and retail products, and assisting with scheduling follow-up visits.
- Preparing client intake and consent forms and accurately entering client information into our database.
- Maintaining precise scheduling in our booking software, conducting follow-up calls, and confirming appointments.
- Assisting with troubleshooting office equipment and technologies.
- Preparing daily financial reports and bank deposits.
- Effectively managing inventory.
- Handling clinic opening and closing procedures.
- Promoting clinic services and products.
- Performing various clerical duties as requested by the Clinic Manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
