**Position Summary**
The OMNI Presence Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM) is responsible for helping the Marketing Manager maximize the Availability, Visibility and Accessibility of Nestle’s Beverages portfolio throughout Canada, as well as support the development and execution of all in-store programs. The AMM is accountable in the development and execution of marketing activities that deliver maximum impact to our customers and our shoppers through in-store initiatives while maximizing the Supply Chain & Logistic efficiencies of the tools developed. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be leading specific projects and at times assisting the Marketing Manager on other projects.

**A day in the life of an Assistant Marketing Manager**:
As an Assistant Marketing Manager you will be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans come to life with lots of autonomy and support to thrive.

You will also:

- Provide fact-based recommendations to support shopper and customer initiatives that drive portfolio growth.
- Project lead for the development of preloaded displays (AVA) - liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Customer Development, Technical Packaging Team, Supply/Demand, Finance and external agencies and display partners.
- Work hand in hand with Product Commercialization Team to launch new trade tools.
- Develop shopper marketing solutions derived from core strategies and goals of the respective Beverage brands. This includes shopper programs, POS tools and other innovative solutions.
- Lead in building best in class merchandising solutions via liaison with Retail Sales in association with display vendors. Ensure best in class communication, management and deployment of the POS tools and programs.
- Manage the relevant POS inventory and processing via the Archway distribution centre.
- Build and maintain knowledge base/catalogue of Shopper marketing initiatives - retailer, competitive as well as trends in the marketplace.
- Development and presentation of various OMNI plans and reports.
- Encourage communication and links interdepartmentally as well as across divisions where applicable.
- Participate in management of divisional operational calendar and Integrated Commercial Planning process (ICP) and presentation.
- Management of the Presence marketing budget and ensure monthly calendarization accuracy.

**What will make you successful?**
- University degree in Business or Marketing, and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of marketing, sales and/or supply chain experience required. CPG experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills including strong ability to multitask and manage short timelines.
- Agility to manage change and ambiguity in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
- Strong end-to-end thinking and cross functional leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
- A passion for Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics and Brand Management
- A strong understanding of Shopper/Trade Marketing.
