Our team is growing again We are hiring Line Cooks to work our Restaurant/Lounge/In Room Dining and Catering Line. Must be available for both AM and PM Shifts, Days/Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
Job experience of at least 2 years required.
Job Duties Include:
- Directs and participates in the preparation of menu Items for the hotel outlets.
- Ability to handle large volumes of food requests
- Stocks and organizes the workstation.
- Ensures high levels of accuracy for the outlets and banquets are maintained
- Organizes and stocks refrigerators with supplies.
- Stores and refrigerates reusable food in containers to prevent spoilage and contamination.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Cooks and plates food for banquet functions/restaurant meals
Safe Food Handling Degree Required.
