**Job overview**

The Customer Services Representative is responsible for supporting, coordinating and assisting Millennial Moving Inc & Staging the GTA with daily duties.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Answering calls from clients and prospects in a professional manner

2. Arrange and coordinate address, time & location with driver (schedule moves)

3. Organizing Staging Floor materials, manage inventory & ordering supplies

4. Reporting - Inventory list, Agreement & Staging inventory

5. Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, office, and workstations tidy.

- Customer Service
- Excellent coordination skills
- Detailed and result oriented
- Experience working in a team environment and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management
- Organizational skills - ability to set priorities and work effectively to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethics - confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office

Expertise in Social Media (Facebook, Instagram etc.)

Full training, assistance and direction will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
