As a member of the management team, the Project Manager will play an integral role developing and implementing key corporate initiatives to grow our business for the long term. The Project Manager will be part of the company’s vision and strategic plan discussions.

**A day in the life: what you’ll do**
- Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace and deliver project construction on time and on budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals and timelines
- Be the client’s point of contact to achieve the objectives throughout the project
- Provide oversight and leadership of projects delivery
- Maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional partners to consistently develop and evolve-associated processes and methods
- Implement and drive construction schedule and work schedule in conjunction with foremen to ensure completion dates, milestones, and quality control are met
- Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution of issues and risks
- Ensure site safety meets policies and legislation
- Delegate responsibilities and tasks to team members and subcontractors
- Work cooperatively with other project manager and team members
- Create and manage a culture of personal development and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in construction industry.
- Positive, “can-do” attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy, sincerity, and patience.
- Strong coordination skills, ability to question solutions and ability to prioritize objectives
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Previous experience working with _BuilderTrend_ software would be considered an asset.
